Who we are
Ventura Football Network is a nonprofit football organization built to make soccer more accessible, connected, and opportunity driven for players, families, clubs, and communities.
At its core, VFN exists to reduce barriers in soccer. Too often, talented players are limited by cost, lack of exposure, lack of guidance, or lack of access to the right networks. VFN was created to change that by building programs that connect player development, recruiting, media, events, and community support into one organized system.
VFN’s work is centered on creating real opportunities for players while also building a sustainable model that can grow. Through showcases, camps, tournaments, recruiting support, media coverage, and partnerships, VFN is developing a football platform that serves the community today and can scale into new cities in the future.
The organization has already begun building this model through real events and partnerships. VFN has hosted showcase events for local players, created professional media opportunities through photographers and video coverage, built recruiting support through partners like RFX and College Player Pathways, connected with scouting networks like ID11 and DetectMe, and developed brand and equipment opportunities through Adidas.
The long-term vision is to build a football network that creates pathways for players, supports local families, strengthens community partnerships, and generates revenue that is reinvested back into access, scholarships, programming, and growth.
VFN is not just an event organizer. It is a growing football ecosystem designed to combine community impact with long-term sustainability.
“Ventura Football Network exists to make soccer more accessible, connected, and opportunity driven by creating affordable programs, player pathways, media exposure, recruiting support, and community partnerships that help athletes and families move forward.”
