We’re proud to officially welcome Panenka Futbol Academy (PFA) to the Ventura Football Network Club Network — a growing coalition of like-minded clubs working together to reshape the football landscape.
Based in Lancaster, California, PFA is a nonprofit organization delivering elite, no-cost training and a clear pathway from youth development to collegiate and semi-professional soccer. Their mission reflects everything VFN stands for — purpose over profit, and opportunity over obstacles.

Panenka Futbol Academy was founded to break the cycle of pay-to-play systems that limit access to the game. Through intentional, high-quality coaching and deep community roots, they are proving that:
