VFN Welcomes Kaitlyn Edwards to the Ambassador Team
June 31, 2025 – Ventura County, CA
We’re proud to introduce Kaitlyn Edwards, the newest ambassador of Ventura Football Network — and someone who truly represents the heart of the movement.
A lifelong footballer from Camarillo, California, Kaitlyn currently plays for the Eagles 2010 ECNL team and has represented the Olympic Development Program (ODP). Soccer has shaped her journey from the very beginning, and now she’s stepping into a leadership role — using her experience to uplift others.
A Voice for Equal Opportunity
Kaitlyn isn’t just a player — she’s an advocate.
“I want to help support people in soccer no matter how good they are or what financial state they’re in,” she shared. “Everyone should have a chance to do what they love, and I want to help spread the culture and love of soccer while creating equal opportunities for everyone.”
Her words reflect everything Ventura Football Network stands for:
access, equity, and a community-first approach to football.
Why It Matters
The VFN Ambassador Program is about more than promotion. It’s about finding real voices who want to represent the mission and help push the movement forward.
Kaitlyn joins a growing team of athletes and advocates who are:
Sharing our message across their communities
Helping players get registered for free showcases
Promoting our scholarship fund and media resources
Standing up for a better future in the game
Kaitlyn, we’re proud to have you on board.
Let’s keep building something real — together.
