Do I need a club team?
No. Players register individually and are placed into showcase teams.
Do coaches see players after the event?
Yes, all footage is uploaded to our database and shared with scouts.
What if I can’t afford the showcase?
We offer scholarships and financial support through our nonprofit mission.
Are goalkeepers evaluated separately?
Yes. We run special GK evaluation periods.
Recruiting
Is this only for high-level players?
No, we help players of all levels create a plan based on their goals and abilities.
Do I need film to start?
VFN provides it through our showcases and media team.
Is there a cost?
Some workshops and support options are free or donation-based
Can VFN talk to coaches for us?
They guide families on what to say, when to say it, and how to reach the right programs.
Does this guarantee a scholarship?
No system can guarantee that but this pipeline dramatically increases opportunities.
Data & Analytics
Do players need to be in a club or in VFN to receive analytics?
No, we offer analytics to any player/team.
Does every match receive analytics?
Matches filmed on Hudl or by VFN Media can be processed.
Do analytics feed into the recruiting pipeline?
Yes, automatically.
Can clubs access full team analytics?
Yes, through the VFN Club Network.

Do clubs need to be in the VFN Club Network to book media?
No, Any club or player can request coverage.
Do players receive their footage after events?
Yes, through our media delivery system.
Do you travel?
Yes, within Ventura County. Additional travel may be possible.
Can you film multiple matches in one day?
Yes, with advance scheduling.
Does media feed into analytics?
Yes, if filmed on Hudl, footage can be processed for analytics and player reports.

Are your tournaments open to all levels?
Yes, most events offer open divisions.
What ages can participate?
Depends on the event, but adult & youth divisions are planned.
How much is the entry fee?
Fees vary, but VFN keeps pricing low and community-focused.
Will tournaments be filmed?
Yes, events include media coverage and highlights.
Can we volunteer or help run an event?
