All four teams compete on one field during their dedicated grade-division block.
Every team plays the other three teams on its field once.
Running clock with a two-minute transition between games.
Tied matches remain tied; there is no overtime or final.

Unlimited rolling substitutions from the team area.
No heading; the ball must remain below chest height.
Kick-ins, corners, goal kicks and free kicks are indirect.
The ball may pass through, but players may not enter.
At least three eligible players are required to play.
Every team has one designated adult coach present.
Light and dark jerseys are recommended; bibs are available.
No jewelry or metal cleats. Shin guards are strongly encouraged.

How much does registration cost?
Team registration is free.
How many teams can enter?
Each grade division is limited to four registered teams, with all matches played on one field.
Does the roster need to be submitted now?
No. The coach registers the team and players are documented through the required participant form.
What forms are required?
A parent or legal guardian completes the liability waiver and media release for every player.
When will I receive confirmation?
After the team registration and required player forms are submitted, VFN will send the team assignment and event-day instructions to the adult coach. No additional action is required unless VFN contacts you.
Can coed teams participate?
Yes. Coed teams are welcome in every grade division.
What happens if team colors match?
VFN provides colored bibs when team colors are too similar.
