How the Showcase Work
Players will be placed into balanced teams and compete in structured, small-sided and/or 11v11 matches depending on the event format. Matches are designed to maximize touches, decision-making opportunities, and visibility.
Check-In
Players arrive, receive bibs, and meet the showcase staff and media team.
Warm-Up & Evaluations
Our staff runs warm ups while scouts and coaches begin early evaluations.
Matches & Filming
Players compete in small sided and full-field matches, all professionally filmed with our Hudl system.
Follow-Up & Recruiting Support
Players receive footage, photos, and direct connection to our recruiting pipeline.
What Players Receive

VFN limits roster sizes so players are not lost in the crowd and every participant receives intentional exposure.

Coach attendance varies by event, but all players benefit from:
