Program
Each session follows a clear structure that builds from technical work into real game situations.
Warm up and activation: Prepare the body and mind for training with dynamic movement and ball work
Technical development: Focused training on core skills like dribbling, passing, first touch, and finishing
Competitive small sided games: Game-based scenarios that increase touches, decision-making, and intensity
Match play: Apply everything in realistic game environments with coaching feedback
Player education: Learn how to think the game, understand positioning, and continue improving outside of training
Players train, compete, and apply what they learn every day.
Sessions are adjusted by age group to ensure the right balance of development, challenge, and enjoyment for every player.
