  • Tickets are fulfilled by LA Galaxy and sent digitally after we submit final headcounts.

  • Yes, tickets will be available until gameday — but only purchases before Oct 4 qualify for the Fan Experience sweepstakes.

  • If LA Galaxy officially reschedules or cancels the match, they will provide guidance on refunds or exchanges. We’ll communicate any updates directly with you.

  • When you select a partner (club, ambassador, or organization) from the dropdown at checkout, your purchase directly supports them. It’s a simple way to give back while grabbing your ticket.

  • Nope! As long as you purchase by the deadline, you’re automatically entered. Winners will be announced the week of October 6 and notified by email.

  • Not at this time. We are exploring potential transportation options with LA Galaxy partners, but for now all fans are responsible for their own travel.

  • You’ll unlock bundle pricing ($30 per ticket for 2+) and receive a $5 gift card to the VFN Online Store.

  • Your confirmation email should arrive within a few minutes of placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, contact us at info@venturafootballnetwork.com and we’ll make sure your order is confirmed.

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member — just forward them the digital ticket you’ll receive from LA Galaxy.

  • Winners will be randomly selected after the October 4 deadline. We’ll email all winners directly the week of October 6 with instructions on where to go after the match.

  • No — you can purchase as many tickets as you’d like. Larger orders also unlock bundle pricing and additional perks.

  • No — tickets are General Admission. That means seats are first-come, first-served within the designated section. If you want to sit with friends or family, we recommend arriving together to choose your seats.

  • Yes! Since it’s GA, there are no assigned seats. Just arrive and enter together to make sure you’re all in the same spot.

  • By purchasing through Ventura Football Network, you are eligible for entry into the Fan Experience drawing if your order is completed by October 4, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT. Winners will be randomly selected from eligible purchasers and notified by email the week of October 6, 2025. The Fan Experience is non-transferable and valid only for the October 11, 2025 LA Galaxy vs FC Dallas match. Experience details are provided in partnership with LA Galaxy and are subject to change or cancellation at their discretion. Ventura Football Network is not responsible for lost tickets, missed deadlines, inability to attend, or any changes made by LA Galaxy. Purchase of a ticket does not guarantee selection for the Fan Experience.
